How do I make a purchase?
Once you have found your perfect skincare product, simply click ‘Add to Cart’ and from the cart, proceed to ‘Checkout’.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, and Klarna.
How do I apply a coupon code?
Please enter any valid promotional codes into the box on the checkout screen marked ‘Discount Code’.
How do I cancel an order?
Please contact us at helpdesk@balderservices.com as soon as possible, and we will try to cancel your order for you.
How do I know if my order is confirmed?
Once your order is paid for, you should be directed to the order confirmation screen and receive an email confirmation with your order details.
Can I change my shipping address after my order is placed?
We aim to dispatch orders swiftly, but if you contact us at helpdesk@balderservices.com as quickly as possible, we may be able to amend the address for you. We’ll always do our best!

What is your return/exchange policy?
You can return all unwanted orders within 14 days from the date you received them, provided they are unopened and in the same condition you received them in.

How can I track my order?
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with your tracking number. All orders are sent via Royal Mail and should arrive within 2 working days from dispatch.
